Hi guys,

Just joined my gym and I haven't got a clue what I'm doing xD I'm pretty good cardio-vascular wise, but I need to improve my muscles. Like everywhere, from my legs, to my abs and biceps. Where do I start?

in my gym they just give you a workout plan. just train all your body parts, and dont focus on one thing.

You need to workout every muscle you have. And never ever skip leg day, besides you'll get a nice upper-body and tiny legs...

Three days a week, full body workouts, Squats, Bench, Deadlifts, and Rows.

There you go... do that for six months increasing your protein intake and fat intake. Increase weights after being able to complete target reps by 5lbs for upper body and 10lbs for lower body.

Yeah, bicep, tricep, chest, legs, shoulders, back, forearm and abdomen.

Gotta remember though that those muscles are just the superficial ones and not the ones that actually improve structural strength.

That is why weight training is not very necessary 90% of the time.

Start with like 15 20 do 12 reps 3 to 5 times you will see your arms getting bigger fast

You can do that with your legs to but push up pull ups and workout your legs first your want a strong base and core

Same here. I get a new workout plan every month which includes all body parts.
Most important tiP. Don't overdo it at the beginning! Muscle ache sucks and is frustrating...
