I suppose this would be the best place if any to ask for advice on this topic but...

I have been told by a few people that i am a bully, i however would not say that i am, but the fact that i have been told that i am by more then one is a cause for concern. I would admit that i get angry rather easily, and i know that i can be rather... Boisterous. The question that i ask though is, what can i do about my anger? I know a large part of it stems from loneliness, i dont really have parents who would be open to talk to, and anyone at my school is out. After building such a character around you, many people dont want to talk do you...

Its not that im cruel or anything like that, i am just lonely because im get angry easily, and i get angry because im lonely. Its a problem i caused myself, i know. Although i just dont know how to help myself...

now when i'm angry i just think rapidly about how i can destroy the surrounding environment while sit back relaxing to types of music (i'm not actually destroying anything just think of it) and for loneliness i'm available to talk to i'm usually online

I think that you need to find a way to distract yourself. I know with my anger issues, what helps is a distraction of some sorts, something to do with your hand maybe. However, you may need to talk about it to someone because that way they can really get to the bottom of the cause of the anger. You need to let the anger out in a positive way and you need to allow yourself to open up to someone.

You should invest some time in trying to find a distraction of some sorts or anger management classes, some way to vent your anger without any negative effects. Being labeled a bully is tough, since most people attribute the word with someone who's consistently offensive and hurts other people (whether it be verbally or physically). If you really are, however, hurting other people's feelings and such, then there's really no excuse for that no matter how lonely or angry you are. The sooner you get control of your anger, the better.
