So today I went on a date with my friend (who's also a guy). Anyways, I was really uncomfortable the whole time and just pretended that I was jittery and nervous (which I was). But the problem is, I'm not ready for a relationship. Plus, I don't really like him that way; I like another friend. I told him that I don't want to be in a relationship in the kindest words possible on Facebook chat. Should I have told him in person? It is summer vacation, and I rarely see people. Will he get over it, since it was only the first date? Thanks for your help.
