Hello, I'm 15, I am 6'1" and I weight give or take 180lbs. The reason I am posting this is because over the past few months I have gained 20 pounds! Lol. I quit athletics in march, and I go to the gym sometimes. And I would really like to get back to 160. I don't necessarily want to be cut, but I want my athletic body back. So if anyone can help with like my diet and exercise and things like that. It would be greatly appreciated :) thanks

Eat foods that are ingridients, and not full of ingredients. just healthy foods. instead of dessert have fruit. eat more vegetebles and less meat.
im saying this because in general americans eat so much meat and relatively little vegetables.

Well actually depending on his workout, meat may be very nessasary, protein is important for muscle growth.

There is a group of foods called super foods, amount them, and the food considered the best is kale. Now this disgusting shit is so good for you it's not funny. But I can help you out on a diet if you tell me what sorts of work out you do (: I go to my nations sporting academy, so everyone is on a different diet specific to their sport (:
