It's horrible. I have a fear of tampons, so I need to use pads. When I sit down, it's always soaked so I can't move, or it moves and sometime's leaks. I just hate it; boys are lucky. I am expecting mine in a few days, so I'm NOT looking forward to it...

Its just a part of life. I couldn't explain it to you if I tried. I don't experience many symptoms of PMS though. So no horror stories there.

and yes, periods suck for girls. dont know where the pms comes from, but oh well.

My periods were very painful when i started but I found out that working out lessens the pain. But the smell really gets to me and I always feel like other people can smell it too.

Pains and cramps: Imagine getting the same feeling as being kick in the balls, every ten minutes for about an hour, then being ok for two, then getting it again.

Mood: Imagine you wake up with caffeine withdrawal and are told that all the coffee in the world has burst into flame. Not only are you in a terrible mood, any single diminutive problem triggers you into rage.

Cleanliness: Imagine wiping your butt thoroughly and 10 minutes later feeling like there is some oily secretion coming out and the closest you have to be able to clean it again is 20 miles away on foot.

It sucks.
