You are making broad generalizations, so your question is almost meaningless. In my experience guys take break ups just as badly as girls do.
But during teenage years, hormones can cause a lot of emotional sensitivity. Media has also been bombarding us for decades (if nto longer) with imagery of women being emotional wrecks, so some girl might choose to act like that thinking it's appropriate. It also causes males to think it's true.

So, you're saying that just because you made a girl cry, that all girls are sensitive? And that there is just one universal reason behind it?
No. You broke a girls heart, so she's upset. If you cared for her, and she hurt you, you'd be upset too. Shit happens.
So, yes, we have feelings, and if we get upset, we cry. It's almost like we are people or something.

This is actually the most ridiculous thing ive ever read. you BROKE UP WITH HER. What do you expect her to do? be all fine and just forget the whole thing? no. she cared about you. you cared about her. so she is obviously going to be very upset and probably cry. This shouldnt be of any surprise.

I think any relationship that goes for 7 months means there were feelings there. When you brake up with someone it usually means at least one person thinks about it for a while and the other person can be surprised by a breakup, but any person on the receiving end can be upset and hurt even if they were unfaithful.
