if its really bad and painful go see a doctor and they will give you medication for it...if its not too bad wait a week see if it goes down ice reduces swelling so yes I know it will be uncomfortable but it would probably reduce swelling.

mostly likely its just reacting to being slammed on, like if your finger gets swollen after being hit in the door. however, given thats a much more sensative area, i would get medical help just to be on the safe side.

That sounds REALLY painful first i want to say i can feel youre pain. Its probably just swollen and needs to be put on some ice for awhile. If you see a cut of any kind yu should see one immediatly. It sounds like nothinhg short of external pain, like nothing like germs got into it so a doctor probably doset need to look at it. Its going to hurt when you pee though.
