Foreskin problem

My foreskin is connected to the glans on my penis. I've had this problem for a year now as before it was not possible for me to retract the foreskin. My problem is known as a penile adhesion and I was just wondering has anyone had one of these and gotten rid of it or do you know yourself what to do. Thanks.

if you try rubbing it and stretching it gently, the foreskin should separate eventually. that usually happens during puberty. how old are you right now?

well I dont think its normal for your age because I heard that on avergerage the foreskin separates between 11-13. im not really sure though.

If you do have this problem then you might want to contact your doctor and he can provide information that will help and benefit you.

It should separate by itself mine did, I'd see your doc or maybe a school nurse if you feel comfy doing that.

Leep slowly practicing at pulling at it. if it gets too sore or doesn't improve, see your doc.
