there shouldnt be any problem masturbating at 13 and there isnt really a "right age". its when you feel you are ready. of course you will still be considered a virgin because there is no vagina to penis contact.

Well first off, if you feel really horny very often, it probably just means you have a high sex drive (a lot of people have high sex drives, so no worries). And as for masturbating, there is no "correct" or "perfect" age. Some discover masturbating early on and enjoy it, others discover it later on and enjoy and some discover it early on but don't like it, and others discover later on and don't like it. It just depends on the person. There is nothing wrong with masturbating at 13. And as for you being a virgin, unless you have have anal or vaginal sex, you are technically still a virgin. As for the "sexy" feeling towards girls, it may just be a phase, but there is no knowing yet. At 13 you are quite young, and it is tough to determine your sexuality, so I really don't know what to tell you. If you just wait, you'll probably find the perfect partner.

there really isnt a right or wrong way to masturbate. and every girl is different. some like direct clitoral stimulation, which can be kinda painful. others prefer insertion. how you masturbate is up to you. try googling "female masturbation" or something along those lines to find other ways.
