When will dick be thicker?

I'm 16 now, and I'm about 5-6in in length. I know I might get longer, but at what age do we start to develop thickness/girth? Anyone who has already gone through this phase please share your experience.

Anywhere between when you start puberty and when you finish (18-19). No one can accurately give you a precise age on when it happens, it's different for everyone.

Thikness did cone after length. How quick and how much it happens varies from person to person.
