The above poster is correct. ^ Tell your friend to go see a doctor, and he/she will likely give him a testostorone shot, and some hormones to speed up the puberty process. Others have had this problem too, so he's not the only one. :)

Thanks for clarifying that... My first thought was to tell him to go to a doctor but he's to afraid... Embarrassed. I also told him it could be genetic but he doesn't even want to ask his parents.

It's probably time for your friend to seethe doctor. 16 is probably considered a late developer, 9 (for a boy, 8 for a gitl) is considered early. Anything outside that should be checked by a doctor. It's not the end of the world, and will probably just require some hormone (testosterone) drugs to get his levels up.

You're kind of late not to be cumming (or your friend), and I would definitely get checked out. Then again, there were one or two guys on here who did not start cumming until they were 17, too. I guess it does happen that guys can start cumming really late.
