I'm 18 and I've had a tight foreskin all my life.. I'm not able to retract/pull back my foreskin .. to describe I can only see the peehole when I pull it back. What can I do to fix this .. I'm embarrassed of telling my mother to take me to the doctor and either way I would also be embarrassed to tell my doctor.. any suggestions.. does anyone have a high foreskin too or had?

If you cant retract it then you might need a circumcision. You don't need to be embarrassed just tell your mom that you need to see the Dr. The Dr. has seen everything He might prescribe some cream that loosens the skin and tell you some exersises that you can do

this seems to be a common problem. The best thing you can do is work the foreskin back a little each day while your in the shower. the warm water will make the foreskin soft. just don't force it . Vasoline will work too but its really messy and hard to clean up. Hope this helps you.

You either need to stretch it a little every day or have a circumcision done

Pull it back and forth to the point were you can't stand the pain anymore and then go this twice a day for 2 week hold it back or forth for 6 min each

A lot of it has already been said. It can be streched a bit by bit over time. Given you're 18, it might be worth a word with your doctor, and you should niw be able to do that without going through your mum. Don't worry about being in front of your doc, it's his (or her) area of knowledge, and can advise you, give you cream, and give you advice on circumsicion (whic may be an option or necessary dependant on what issues you are having). It depends if you are asking for options if things are OK as they are, but a talk with your doc should set your mind at rest.

At 18 if it's still tight, a circumcision would probably be worth considering. You're 18 so you don't have to ask your parents or anything as you have power of attorney over your own health once you turn 16. Telling your doctor or anything is nothing to worry about, they've seen it all before. What you've got to remember is that they've spend 7 years and probably close to the region of £100,000 training to become doctors, and they've likely seen hundreds of cases the same as yours- GP's can get through as many as 30 cases an hour, even more if they'e quicker. Either way, it's nothing to be embarrassed about and your doctor would have a far better idea what's going on than any of us here.

I think you should consult a doctor about it. Being 18 means you could be fully developed by now in the penis department and the chances of stretching exercises working could be low.

You don't need a circumcision right off the bat. Just keep pulling it back every day, and hopefully it will loosen up (this worked for me). If that doesn't work see a doctor. They have loosening creams as well

Ask the Doc during your physical, they should be used to questions like this
