Hey there,
Sometimes when I move my head to the side its jerks forward and causes adominable pain in the bottom right corner and for the next 5 minutes I find it extremely hard to move my head, does anyone have any suggestions for what I maybe experiencing?

I have no idea why this happens to you.

If it is extreme pain, then you should get it checked out. But if its a dull pain, I don't see why you can't live with it.

Ask the doctor or try drinking more water.

Does it hurt when you touch the area? Also is there any discoloration or swelling or like a lump there? Is it only you right corner? It possibly may deal with your abdominal muscles or appendix

I think I missed something. Are you refering to head or neck pain? abdominal pain is win your stomach and intestinal area. can you clarify?

If it is below your actual abs and between your belly button and pubic area, it may be appendicitus!! ) : Not something very good, you should see a doctor first. I hope it isnt appendicitus, but if it is, I feel bad for ya

Sorry for causing any confusion I said adominable pain to describe how immense the pain was, the pain in in the bottom right corner at the back of my head.
