I wasn't sure which forum to post it in but I decided on this one so here it goes...
Recently in my sleep I become in a stability where I am unable to move at all and I can't even call out to anybody, its pretty scary and sometimes lasts up to 20 minutes, it lasts for so long I feel as if I'm going to die and that's a horrible feeling, I done some research and found out its a condition called sleep paralysis, the average human only experiences it once in a lifetime however I experience it on a daily basis, does anyone have any advice?

You should talk to your doctor, he or she can help you more than we might be able to

This sounds like a much more relevant forum for your problem.

Tell your parents or guardians and go to the doctor!
