Alright. I'm gonna do it in bullet points so its short and easy to follow

*Keep in mind, whenever we hangout, we always hangout with our mutual friend. Also, Jayce has a boyfriend"

So, back in January or December, my friend introduced me to these two girls. Jayce and Lois, I have a big crush on Jayce, while Lois had a big crush on me
When I first met them, we all hungout as a group and went ice skating.
Later that night, when I was staying the night at my friends house, Jayce text me asking me to rate the both of them. So I did.
The next day we hungout again and went ice skating, this time, she offered to hold my hand to help me stay balanced. That same day, they were talking about going to the movies, she said to me "Oh, you can come too if you can" so I did
After the movies I went back to my house, and received a FB friend request from Lois, when she sent it to me, I found her sister and added her sister.
The next day, she sends me a message asking for my number, so I gave it to her.
A few days later, I receive a random text and voice message.
About an hour later, I found out it was Jayce, who got my number from Lois.
We started texting, and we text Quite a bit that week.
Weeks later we all hangout again, and it went nicely.

So a few weeks later, I text her, and she didnt answer. So then I text her again the next day, still no answer. Then, the next day she said "Oh sorry, my phone hasn't been working right" and I just said oh ok (this happened around march)
So fast forwarding to yesterday...
Yesterday I confronted her about it, and she said her phone isn't working right (saying the same exact thing she did in march. I also said I was getting the feeling she didnt like me much, and she said "no I like you!"
so later that night, her and I snuck off to the bathroom with our mutual friends e cigarette to smoke it a little bit (her sister is a huge stickler, and would've told her parents). So her and I took turns. I know adding this isn't much, but since she was willing to share the e cig, that must me she doesn't dislike me, cause who would share an e cig with someone she disliked?
Today came around, and everything was ackward between Lois and I, cause I found out Lois didnt like me anymore (she told our mutual friend that she doesn't even like being friends with me anymore (as of yesterday)
Anyway, things between Jayce and I were ok, nothing seemed to be different, but when I text Jayce to see if her phone really didnt work so good, she received the texts I sent her, she received every single one of them.

So, does it sound like Jayce said her phone wasnt working right just so she doesn't have to text me? Also, could her sister influence Jayce to not like me? How can I ask Jayce if her and I are still friends? Can I say "Hey Jayce, Phil (our mutual friend) told me that Lois doesn't like me much anymore. So i just wanted to know if you and I are still friends and on good terms?" They're not really that close of sisters, Jayce is the one who likes to have fun, while her sister is a stickler, like, our mutual friend said that Jayce isn't really close to her sister and personality wise their opposite, and they have completely different types of friends. I've also had the feeling that Jayce thinks her sister is extra baggage, due to some of the comments she's made on different occasions.

*oh, and we have talked a little bit through texting, but it wasnt much of a conversation. It was a few texts that were exchanged between the two of us. Every once in a great while, but she was nice in those texts and included the occasional smiley face "(:" *

It seems from this post and a few of your others around VT, you over think everything waaaaay to much. just chill and not let everything seem so important.

You're defiantly over thinking things just a little.

So, does it sound like Jayce said her phone wasnt working right just so she doesn't have to text me?

It could be that or it could be the truth. It does sound slightly like the first time, it was her phone as she replied back but then again the second time it does sound like she ignored you for some reason.

When one friend likes someone and the other close friend doesn't then its hard on the person who likes you. Now obviously you have got to take into the equation that Joyce and Lois were good friends first and possibly best friends(?) before they met you.

could her sister influence Jayce to not like me?

This could happen but I don't have enough information on the sister to give my own opinion so I'll just say its a possiblity.

Although you did mention that Jayce isn't close with her sister.

How can I ask Jayce if her and I are still friends? Can I say "Hey Jayce, Phil (our mutual friend) told me that Lois doesn't like me much anymore. So i just wanted to know if you and I are still friends and on good terms?"

You could do exactly that, in fact that actually sounds like a sensible thing. Communication is always a key to any kind of friendship lasting.

Now my personal opinion....

It does sound like you're smothering her slightly with continually texting her and maybe she just wants some time alone or to spend with her other friends and her boyfriends. She could have also detected that you have a big crush on her and therefore is distancing herself because she isn't interested.

Definitely in l-o-v-e. Trust me, I know the feeling where you overthink the littlest things and freak out when you think they don't want to talk to you or something.

You need to get some distance from her and get her off your mind. You seem kinda obsessed.
