Best Music Downloading Program?

What is the best program to get for downloading music? The only one I really know of is Limewire, which everyone keeps telling me in a pile of shit and gives you viruses. What would you recommend?

Bearshare is very good, it's more music dedicated :)

Limewire is fine you just need to know how to pick the actual songs over the fake ones (viruses)

The Bearshare thing is very nice, I've downloaded some stuff from it and it works nicely. The problem is most of it is licesnsed and it won't go into my iTunes, how can I get around that and make it work?

You've downloaded the wrong type of bearshare. You need Bearshare Lite 5.2.5
http://www.filevolution.com/bearshare-lite/
I use that, its the old version before they went all licensed. If it tells you you need to upgrade just press no or exit and re-open it.
