Lately I've been getting weird rashes like this:

They're not burns or self inflicted wounds, before anyone asks.

I've also been itchy all over my back. As far as I know I haven't been outside that often and I haven't eaten anything. Any help?

id shoot for it being allergic or bug bite, for starters change your bedsheet and show your parents theres a whole list of precautions you can do if your allergic

I get those same things when my dogs jump up and scratch me, so maybe it's that.

Those s ratchets look like your body is responding to something that scratched you, maybe something that you're allergic to. When your body reacts in that way, it means its allergic to something. You can tell because of the over exaggerated inflammation.

What I would suggest, is do exactly what you normally do everyday and write everything down in a type of journal. Then, maybe go to a doctor and show him that book and rash so it can help him out.

You could also introduce everything you did each on a different day, to see what the source is. Then when you determine whats causing this, you can stay away from it.

Maybe you got cut by a certain type of plant or, as said above, you're allergic to an animal. Try putting anti inflammatory cream on it or Benadryl.

I used to get marks like this.
It turns out I was allergic to my bodywash. I changed to another brand and everything is fine.

Maybe you leaned your arm on something you are allergic to

I get rashes and bumps like this, turns out they are all from mosquito bites, which I found out I am allergic to.

It doesn't hurt to go to the doctor and figure out what's wrong.

They actually look like stretch marks. I'd say moisturise them regularly
