Last July, I went up to the Lake Placid Olympic Training Center and tried out ski jumping on the 18 meter jump. It was a three day summer program—yes summer. Anyway, I wasn't good at landing, so I kept crashing. It was the last jump of the morning on the third day, that I crashed and dislocated my right wrist, breaking two little bones. I was in two casts for six weeks, and in September I was free of casts. Since then, my wrist hasn't bothered me until recently.
Now, it's June. I am trying to get to a gym, but in the meantime, I'm doing pushups and core exercises. When writing or putting a binder in my backpack or something, my wrist hurts. It's a part that if you put your right hand palm down, it's the area around that round-shaped bone all the way on the right. It doesn't hurt when doing pushups but it makes a snapping sound. Also, when I swivel my hand around my wrist counterclockwise, there is a combination of different sounds coming from that area. Does this have to do with my accident last July, or the pushups? Would it be safe to continue them?
