Unless you did yourself a major cut and damaged a vein etc you won't have any erecile disfunction. You really answered you own question, it's basically the same as a cut on your face when you shave, it'll be there for a few days, then it'll heal and you're back to normal.

As Michael said, you should wash it to prevent infection, but its nothing major. Btw, I believe its spelled erectile dysfunction, though I could be wrong.
