Now before I get into this I have in the past seen some very strong opinions on this topic but I'm gonna lighten the mood for it so that doesn't happen. I ask firstly that this be strictly professional and for nobody to take anything personally. Alright now that I got that out of the way lets continue with this debate shall we. Firstly a war between these two nations Israel and Iran have a very high chance of happening in the next couple years or even possibly this year. However the citizens of both these nations urge that this does not happen. I've even seen Israel and Iranian people get into strong relationships to show how much they love each other. However the government of these nations in this aspect do not get into "relationships" together. In fact time and time again each one has threatened either to bomb or to completely obliterate into oblivion one another.

In my personnel opinion I believe that the next major war the United States will go into will be with Iran. Iran does have a nuclear program however, they've said that their program is strictly for non-aggression purposes. Like all nations though it's never wise to trust the government that much. It's even a fact that Iran has 2 nuclear development facility's each 5 football fields big under the ground in hardened bunkers. Whether they are building a nuclear weapon though is controversial.

That's not what I wanna talk about though. My question to all of you today is. What can be done to avoid a possible war between Israel and Iran. If a war was to spring out between these 2 nations it could possibly lead to the third world war.

What can be done to prevent an Israel - Iran war? The US and our allies should maintain a lot of our forces in the region. In diplomatic talks, we should make it clear to Iran that a war with Israel is a war with America. They do not want war with the superpower, so they won't attack Israel. It's not being a hypocrite, Iran is a dangerous country while Israel isn't. Israel is just defending itself and it can only do so many when it's fighting against 3+ nations that's 5x Israel's size

The nation of Iran has made death threats to kill every single man, woman, and child in Israel. Just like nations like North Korea have done to the US. When Iran obtains nuclear weapons it might just use them. Except they're probably not gonna make it into a missile most likely they would sell it to some terrorist group then it would be made into a pordible nuke and put it in some highly populated city. That's just one of the many reasons why Iran having a nuclear weapon would be bad. Also have you have heard of MAD Mutualy Assured Destruction. That just might be what will happen if either one of the pulls the trigger with an act of aggression.

I dont have any problem with the Israeli people, I have a problem with the Israeli Government and it's policies towards Palestinians and other countries. Not really because it would be blown out of the sky seconds after it entered our airspace. If a naval vessel, submarine, or missile decided to park it self outside our borders or was coming at us I would though.

The reason Israel has to attack all these nations and groups though is to defend what they have. I mean Israel is a very small country on geographical scale and there are plenty of people who will want to do whatever needed to take it. After World War II the people of Israel pretty much made a vow of not to take anything from anybody. Which basically means they will do what absolutely what ever is needed to defend their nation from attack. Which when you look on the religious map of that part of the world. They are practically surrounded by threats. If Israel didn't have nuclear weapons, the 4th largest military in the world, and support of the United States. It would not have lasted as long as it has. What is there to defend against? Sudan has never attacked Israel, so what gives Israel the right to fly to Sudan and bomb it? The only possible threat I see to Israel right now is the Al-Qaeda linked rebels in Syria. Jordan & Egypt both have peace accords with Israel, no threat there. Lebanon has never attacked Israel, though Israel repeatedly violates its airspace. If billions were used on education, it wouldn't even make a dent. You wouldn't even notice a difference in your education if they spent an extra $10 billion on education. And even if they did give enough money to education to make a dent, most of it would go to staff, faculty, etc. because many educational employees have received a a huge pay cut. When it comes to education, the teachers are the first to reap the benefits of additional money and funds, not the students.

I personally believe that every family should pay a small tuition fee in order to send their kids to school, like $1,000 a year. That way, it can actually go to their education such as new books, computers, etc. and not in the teachers wallet.

Well in an ideal world the US could strongly encourage and enforce a two-state solution and an eventual de-escalation in the region.
There is no point in backing Iran. If we did that (would never happen) it would become another money sink just like Israel.

What can be done to prevent an Israel - Iran war? The US and our allies should maintain a lot of our forces in the region. In diplomatic talks, we should make it clear to Iran that a war with Israel is a war with America. They do not want war with the superpower, so they won't attack Israel.
