In 2 days I'm going in for a checkup and I'm scared because well u know guys masterbate but I didn't ever tell my family that I'm at that stage and if he says something I'm afraid of what my parents will say

This. There's absolutely nothing you need to worry about. Sure it may be uncomfortable for the five seconds s/he needs to check your penis/testicles, but it's better to do that than to go with without them being checked, and possibly developing a problem

There's nothing to be worried about. I wondered the same thing a couple years back, and nothing happened at all. My doctor just checked my penis/balls and said they were fine, and moved on to the next test.....he didn't bring up anything about sex/masturbation whatsoever.

i have this image of the OP in the exam room and the doctor is taking his blood pressure and he suddenly shouts, " OMG, this boy masturbates! Nurse!
