If you get annoyed by them try sitting with you knees farther apart so they have more space... It works for me in class all the time.

I feel way more comfy in briefs, but some ppl like boxers or BBs better.

Try different type of underwear, maybe that will help.

I think I know what you are talking about, most of that can be avoided by washing them really well. I shave them too so it itches less. Your balls are the most delicate part of the male body, don't abuse them or neglect them. (they are called "boys" for a reason) ;)
