In the event that a survey is in Puberty for Girls this is evident that the poster only wants girls answers. However Puberty for Both is (even though I don't agree with it) a "store house" for all surveys and all surveys must be placed here. So in this event I edit the title and say "Girls Only".

So yes, its important to accept that person who created the surveys wish of it being only girls who answer the question.
