Three time Emmy Award winner James Gandolfini (http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/james-gandolfini-dead-51-article-1.1377435) passed away earlier today of a heart attack, at the age of 51.

He rose to fame thanks to The Sopranos, in which he played one of the most memorable characters in TV history - Tony Soprano, a role that garnered him three Emmy Awards.

He was also one of my favorite actors, and thanks to him, and The Sopranos was my favorite show, mainly due to his talent. I just heard about this, I felt like someone punched me in the gut. Rest in peace, James Gandolfini. My deepest and most sincere condolences to his family.

I have never watched James Gandolfini "in acton", however my parents have watched most of his movies and had a positive attitude against them.
