Hey guys i would like to talk about a recent debate going on in britton, they are changing weather prisonors should be able to vote, at the moment they arn't my views on this subject are that they have done something wrong and i get that but they are still humans and deserve the right to elect. What do you think?

As the curent law in my country sais all citizens are undeniably alowed to wote. I agre with that since just because you were driving drunk doesnt mean you should not be alowed to vote, it is your right undeniable and cant be taken avay not even if you are a natzy terorist.

No, your put in prison because you can't behave normally on the outside. You don't have a right to vote which could change people's life and not even effect you, you should be able to vote when your released

I find it ironic that the people that post in the "Ramblings of the Wise" have the most atrocious spelling out of any other category. It's pathetic that someone from the UK can't spell Britain... seriously?? I thought Americans were supposed to be the stupid ones. I'm just giving you a little constructive criticism, people tend to blow off any points you try to make if they are barely legible. Juuuust saying :D

No felon should be allowed to vote. In your country, I'll bet ya anything it's just a ploy to get more dumb, irresponsible people who want free stuff voting. And if felons can vote, what's to stop them from running for office themselves?

I think they shouldn't, prisoners have it very easy within UK so I don't think they should have any human rights.

I think it depends on the severity of the crime, I think petty thieves etc. should be allowed to vote but psychopath murders shouldn't.

I don't see how that's a problem, I'm 14 as well. I pointed out the spelling mistakes because people tend to take you less seriously is your argument is barely legible, I agree, I was a little brutal but being nice never got me anywhere.
