Is it at all possible to move around the individual buttons? For example, move the Bold button away from the Italics Button? Customizing my toolbar and getting frustrated with it. xP

It is, in fact.

First, right-click the little double arrow on the right side of the toolbar, and click:
(If you don't see it, make the window narrower, until it appears)

Then, select an entry in the box, and use the up- and down-buttons to reposition it:
