i recently noticed that when i laugh or start a sentence my voice gets realy high loud and obnoxious, is it begining to crack, if so how long with it be like this untill it deepens

It might take while. Your voice might sound like this for days and then it might stop for a while so you never know.

It can take a week or it can take ages...everyone goes through puberty different so you cant tell how long it will take.

I was like that for about 2 months, but there is no way to tell all people are different and go through it at different times, just hang in there it'll stop

My music teacher said my voice was only supose to break for 4 weeks, but the squeeky and awkwerd sound stopped at about two months...Im guessing it differs from person to person, but it happens to everybody! To amuse urself make Tarzan noises...
