I am comfortable with the size of my Penis, and have compared with my close guy friends. When comparing i very easily get an erection, but naturally I get erections very easily especially when my Penis is uncovered. When i was playing Strip Poker with my guy and girl friends an the time came for me to expose my member, it shrunk to smaller than its regular size an i was embarassed. There were many girls in bras around me that im very attracted to so i don't know what the problem was. Im worried they now all think i have a small penis though, and have no idea how to solve my shrinkage problem

you got a little stage fright so to speak. Totally normal. Were any of the other guys hard? If so you could play it saying that they were so excited that they could not control themselves yet you could. You could also say "hey I am a grower and not a shower". It really isn't a big deal.

It is probably because you know that girl eyes were on you and was nervous. It happens and nothing you should be nervous about. Nobody is perfect girls know that. Besides the most judgmental person would be your own self.

I'm sure it's fine, having a small one at the wrong time is better than having a hard one at the wrong time! I was on a German exchange and one of the girls I was with was so hot, we were in a swimming pool and I was so hard...then I had to climb out and walk into the locker room with it still up!

Who cares what they think? You say they saw a flaccid penis and I know that an erect penis can be 2-3 times bigger than a flaccid penis. Can't say whether it was anxiety or nerves or the fact your body prevented an erection in front of guys. In reality- size does NOT matter as both parties can be creative during intimacy.
