Flaccid Penis Size?

So, I'm 16, I know that I have a decently sized erect penis ( not impressive but not super small) of ~6" but my concern is really my flaccid penis size. I am deffinitely a "grower" because my soft penis can get as small as 1", but as I said, I'm 6" hard, can anyone relate or provide some insight?

yeah I can relate to ya. I'm deff a grower. I'm about 2'' - 2.5'' soft 5.5'' hard. if I go swimming in really cold water it looks like a lump of wrinkled skin.

We're pretty much the same except you're bigger than me erect. I get crazy small if it's cold out when I play lacrosse, but so do the other guys - kinda like swimming shrinkage.

I don't like it and I know the other guys don't like it. I think we'd care less if we were alone, so are you in a situation like me where I shower after basketball and lacrosse?

I care because other people see it. The saving grace is they are similar when it's cold and nobody says much of anything about it.
I guess I'm asking, if no one else sees it, why do you care?

yea I'm a grower too I go from 2 inches flaccid to close to 8 inches when FULLY ERECT(which is rare for me btw) normally I'm semi erect so 6 inches then

Same for me, i play lacrosse and when we go to take showers we all are the same size, especially because my school doesn't really have hot water for the showers...it sucks but no one really cares

a lot of it depends on temperature outside and your core temp as well. on a normal day i am usually about 7 and half inched when soft. sometimes though it goes down to like 3 inches. as far as getting hard it is usually almost 10 no matter the temp.

What I do when I will be naked with other guys and I care about it ... it's to j/o like 10 seconds (privately) so my penis will be like 3" so no big deal and in the same time it doesn't seem erect. :yeah:
