I'm tired of this

A few months back my mom met this guy and now he lives with us I don't like him at all for one he sells drugs and two he smokes it with my mom and brother but the thing that really pisses me off is how much money she gives him usually i'd get like 50 or 60 dollars a month but now its only like 5 or even 15 dollars at most but my brother still gets 200 a month I'm 17 years old and my brother is 18 and it ticks me off how different i get treated its seems as if my mom has disowned me and now she's all for whatever my brother and her boyfriend need even though I've never argued with her or even spoke my mind to her but my brother left home for a few months and started a whole bunch of mess and she's always arguing with her boyfriend can you guys please help me I'm on my last nerve and if this continues then I'm leaving home and not coming back

My first response to this was that I was relieved to read you were 17, because that means that you must be close to leaving home, anyway.

Adults make bad chocies, too, and it sounds like your mom might fall into that dubious category. There's not much you can do if her judgement is as impaired as you report it to be. Maybe the goal for you should be to get yourself together and make good plans to leave home in a good (or maybe, as best a way) as possible.
