I definitely advise everyone to use condoms, but I can't imagine ANY girl (much less a guy) would prefer sex with a condom on. That having been said, sex with a condom on is better than no sex at all (or sex that results in a baby).

STDs can be transferred through more than just sexual contact. For example, Herpes can be spread just by touching the Herpes virus. You shake someone's hand and there is Herpes on there, you now have some Herpes on your hand (this scenario is unlikely, but possible). You also don't know if your partner is faithful or if your partner contracted a disease by other means like born with it, sexual abuse, blood transfusion, or some other random way. I would NOT trust anyone, especially teenagers, to be faithful and honest. Don't risk it.
