nothing will happen as long as your testicle does not get damaged, your sperm is so tiny and inside your testicle so your ok if the testicle is just injured and not damaged.

Nothing, semen is stored in the prostate, not the testicles. Although I guess you're talking about sperm. As long as there's no major damage to the testicles then they should be fine. If they hurt for a day or two I'd have it checked out at the doctors though.

Depends on how bad the injury, you could just stop making sperm if it's too bad

i dunno because this 1 dude on americas got talent last year wld always get kicked in the balls that was his talent haha and he has a baby so hes ok i guess
