I am bi and have been so for a little bit now! I have only dated guys, but realized that in some way I am also if not more attracted to women! I want to come out to my family and friends, but am afraid of what they will think of me! I am part of the Roman Catholic religion and my parents and friends pretty much hate and make fun of gays. It's no fun hiding! Some nights I would just cry because of how deeply I felt for another girl, but couldn't do anything about it!

I want to talk to new people and get to know others and I find it a really great support to have people to relate and socialize with.

Please let me know what you guys think I should do and if you ever need advice or support, I am here as well! :)

You don't need to tell anyone you don't feel comfortable telling, I didn't tell my parents I was a lesbian until 3 years after I realised it myself. I think you need to do what you personally feel comfortable with, otherwise you won't be able to overcome whatever feelings you're feeling. Sometimes, while it may not be the best option, it's actually easier not to tell anyone but there's going to come a point where you literally just have to blurt it out. If that happens, don't be ashamed that it happened. Only you can really do something when you're in this situation, just follow your instincts.

Just keep it between yourself and the people you wan't to know. The whole world does not need to know anything you don't feel comfortable telling them.
