What is the actual problem you want us to solve? I think its that you either want to
1. speed through puberty or 2. receive tips from taking off your shirt.
1. You can not speed puberty up or slow it down. It happens naturally and stops naturally.
2. First of all, what's so wrong about having no hair on ur pits? Do others really bother you about it? Second of all, it isn't that bad to not have hair on your pits. In fact, you sweat there less... smell better there... etc.
If it really bothers you so much... try like, drawing with black marker on your pits. HAHAH just kidding. No really, you should just enjoy that you have no hair yet and smell better now.

well since its started to grow, it will probably will so relative quickly. you have nothing to worry about and should not be ashamed to take your shirt off.

yeah, it'll happen. Then, like everyone else, you'll have to start using deoderant and anti persperant and look to make sure they're not peaking thru light colored shirts and the like!
I wouldn't hold back doing stuff while you're waiting, though. One of the great things about being a teenager is that everyone is usually so self absorbed with their own stuff that they rarely notice (or care) what you may or might not have.

i wish i was you! Its one less thing to worry about! Gets in the way, has no purpose, looks unhygenic, and is generally pointless!

I wouldnt worry about it if someone is mean to you about it, they are extremely sad for doing so.

Yeah it's normal not to have any underarm hair by this age. It's just that you are a late bloomer. You'll catch up at some point.

Man don't let that prevent you from going swimming if you like swimming. That's like an overweight person being embarrassed to excercise because they're overweight. If you like swimming you should go and do it, and what other people say shouldn't bother you. Heck, I'm a small guy who's not very built but I take weight training as a class at my school and love it, even though I'm small and skinny.
You have to wait for that to come. It will come...puberty's just like that. Never predictable. So might as well not focus on it and do things that you like.

Well I'm overweight to admit the truth. And I'm not ashamed of my body at all when I swim or work out

I wouldnt worry about it, and dont let it get in the way of your swimming or anything else. To be honest, when ive been changing in swimming, no-one in my class has ever pointed underarm hair out to anyone else; i dont think its that big-a-deal, and you know that it is inevitable you are going to get some at some point in the future. Like I said before, relish not having to shave and not having any underarm hair, cos the novelty, especially for shaving, wears off pretty quickly!
