I started shaving just less than a year ago. I'm 14 yrs old. All my friends started with hair between their upper lip and nose. I started with my neck and side burns. I also know a guy in his twenties that has this pattern and he is gay. Does this mean that I'm gay???

Everyone grows differently. No physical attribute will determine if you're gay or not.

No, if you are gay then you feel a kind of way towards men and had nothing to do with the idea of this pattern. You also dont have anoth evedince to prove this so if you think its worth investigating then go a-head, it will be wasted time though.

it means absolutely nothing, puberty varies in every guy, what changes they go through, and what order they go through them in, etc... so yeah i mean i got mustache and goatee hair first on my face, and then sideburns, but it doesnt really mean anything.

Unless the hair pattern affects how you feel towards guys, im pretty sure you are not gay bro.

No, I wouldn't recommend to shave, or you will get thicker hair.

No necessary, hair has nothing to do with being gay or not.

Growing body hair at different rates than your peers does not determine your sexuality. Everyone grows at different rates.

No, the way your hair grows has nothing to do with your sexuality it's just a chance
