If you look closely at the hole in the end of your penis head it has a couple of mini lips. Dried semen can stick these together causing the stream to fork or go off at an angle.

Two technique to deal with this are:

1. Pee after cumming to wash out the remaining semen.

2. Get your penis really close to the bowl or use the shower.
