my girlfriend is upset because every time i see her i give her something rather it is her favorite food a present or a picture i drew for her and she won't accept any gifts anymore

Sometimes it can be a little overwhelming receiving all these gifts constantly, I think it would be better if you cut down and just do it every now and again to surprise her. If she's so used to getting something, it kind of just gets rid of the whole excitement element to relationships too. Plus, you don't need to buy something to prove yourself to her or be a good boyfriend or anything like that, just relax and see where the wind takes you but stop being so overwhelming and you'll be fine. You could always ask her why she's upset and what you can do to make it better, that might also be an effective way of finding advice.
