Heya, my names Laura and im 18, I am what they call, 'depressed', 'anorexic', 'PTSD' and a 'self harmer', I've been in a mental health hospital and all that jazz, was in for 13 months! a long time!, I am now out and battling all these things on my own, I have received no support from my team so going to be complaining to my GP, anyways I struggle with flashbacks and scratching my face , which people always call me weird. Anyways this is me and im here for people struggling, not really sure what im doing but yeah lol.
