Which is the best and why

For me android is the best becuase it is open source and every single detail in the system from the biggest app to smallest detail

I have to agree with you there, I've used Ios and Andrioid and I prefere android due to its customization and its apps, I love how its a open source code as well.

I prefer Android, but the interface of Windows Phone does seem a lot sleeker.

I love iOS because all/most the products (iPads, iPhones, iPod Touch etc) all sync together to make everything easier. And I really like the design.
Also, I was acctually thinking about switching to Android this Christmas (Samsung S4), but the statistics that Apple said at WWDC this year put me off (yes, I know they are being bias)!

I'm interested to know what statistics you're referring too and you should remember that on the announcement of the iPad 3(i think) they just made up a number and said it was that many times better than anything with a Tegra 4 (even though they had never been tested)

I agree. I feel like Android is ahead of the game and currently offers the best phones on the market. I had an iPhone, but switched to the HTC One a month ago, and I couldn't be happier. iPhone was too limiting in that you couldn't customize anything but the wallpaper. Windows Phone looks sleek, but it seems as limiting as the iPhone when it comes to customization.

Android is highly customizable, but can also be sleek. Windows phone does have a minimalist interface which looks very nice, but I'm not sure how practical it is.

I have 2 android devices ( a galaxy y and an ICS tablet) I prefer android becuase every single detail can be modified from status bar icons to the kernel and the system itself

Between this and the movement to put everything on the cloud, the American tech companies have been going downhill. My suspicion is that it has something to do with Steve Jobs death and Bill Gate's steeping down. I think the executive leadership of Apple and Microsoft suffered a big hit, and the people in charge know nothing about the industry; they're just generic exectutives with Business degrees.

My worry is that America will lose yet another one of our flagship industries to foriegn competitors. We're already gonna lose our dominance in the healthcare industry because of the Unaffordable Care Act; things aren't looking good!
