Truth or Dare (Not a Game)

Ok so me and my friends (all guys) were having a truth or dare game and it turned kinda sexual like, having a guy lick the other guys penis with the underwear on or kissing a guys butthole with underwear on and so much more which I will list.
-Dare two people to grab each others asses or we will make the sword fight (we had teams because there was four of us, we didn't watch the nasty stuff)
-one guy having his underwear down and one on his knees and the other team pushed them together and touched mouth to penis with underwear
-showing a guys butt to another with pants down
-slapping a guy in the face with his balls/penis
-and so much more

So like is this wierd like me and a guy older then me were kinda the main ones, and nobody refused to these because they were dares. Also is it wierd I kinda had a boner during some of it and I liked it and want to do it again today?
