College dorm shower

So, I go to college in this dorm where they have separate male and female showers. For both, there are separate stalls with curtains, but often times when I go take a shower, most of the guys don't bother to close the curtains and you can see all completely butt nude, junk flopping around and ass showing. I mean, Im like the only guy that closes the curtain....Does that make me gay? Don't you think its kind of inappropriate to be so open?

Well, your all guys so what is the point of closing the curtain? Their junk is flopping around and your junk is flopping around. Its all the same. I really wouldnt care and leave the curtain open! Its not like I'm expecting every guy to stare at me butt naked! If you dont care about privacy leave it open. Just like when I go to take a crap in public restrooms. Ass holes in the stall pissing all over the seat. Stall door open or stall door closed.

you wanting privacy from other guys does not make you gay lol. its a personal preferance, i wouldn't bother with the curtain because im fairly open about my body. your body is yours to share, i wouldn't be worried about it

Some people are just more comfortable then other being naked in the showers. Some people aren't doesn't make you gay. I myself didn't shower out in the open until 2 months into wrestling season when the whole team does (except for girls of course)

EDIT: The above is how it works in my town when it comes to showering. I failed to clarify that. Anyways, my new answer is that if you want privacy, that's totally fine. It shouldn't be something that people make fun of you for. Just do what's comfortable for you, man.

I meant to clarify that. I will too. In my town, everyone is really private when it comes to like showering and what not. If someone is open with them selves, like that, they are labeled gay. It really is a bad thing to tell you the truth now that I think about it. Again, I failed to clarify. If this was Skype, I would accept the 'face-palm' emoticon.

Seriously it's not inappropriate if its a common practice and as stated they tend to be open about their body and that may be why they don't close the curtain. You want privacy and that's fair

Depending on your overall feeling or attraction to guys -- your interest in looking at "kinda hot" guy could make you gay -- curious -- or bisexual.
