Actually -- he can infect you with a STI or HIV/AIDS if you cums in you and is infected. Also during sex whether it's bareback or with a condom-- if your vagina is dry and he is rough -- there may be minor pain or even some cervix scratching. Yes -- you need to get a prescription for birth control and that will require seeing a doctor to discuss your health and family history and perhaps have a gyno exam which can play into which form of birth control is prescribed and if you agree on the pill- which brand is prescribed. I'd call your doctor's office -- Planned Parenthood -- or a clinic that provides health services including birth control. Many places base their fees on how much income you have -- a sliding fee scale.
