Need girls advice!!!!!

I have always wanted a girls opinion on this so please leave your opinion. A couple of my friends and i have gone out and gotten speedos. I have worn them before because i was on swim club but my friends havent. We wanted then because we wanted better tanning lines and because my friends have never worn them before. Now when ever we go to wear them we always get looked and stared at, why? We are all about 5,9 and weigh around 150 and are medium built. I just don't see any problems with that.

You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in. There's nothing wrong with that.
From my perspective, though, they're not fashionable where I live and you would be looked at like a weirdo. All guys I know wear board short type swimming suits. The only time anyone wears a speedo is if they're on the swim team or gay (which is fine in it's own right).

personally I don't like speedos....but that might be cause i grew up in New England and nobody here wears em. guys just wear swim trunks.
I went to Maine a few time and some guys up there wear them but they are fat and gross so I think that's why I don't like em.

I has nothing to do with your build. You could be the hottest guys, and still get looked at funny for wearing a speedo.
Where I live, and in most places, they aren't considered the most fashionable thing. Also, no one really wears them as a regular bathing suit (by regular I don't include competitive swimming) except really young people, really old people, or really hairy people.
If you're all tall with good builds, maybe people stare because they don't expect guys like you to be wearing them.
Honestly though, who cares what they think? Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable!

She might have said it was creepy if it was some older guy. It was probably just a one-time thing though, so I wouldn't get all worked up about it if I were her.
