Now, I've shaved my face and I never get the 5:00 shadow but I've shaved my pubes for the first time last night, and my pubes are already back, (It was was smooth as silk yesterday!)

So, does anyone else experience this, and know why this happens?

Yeah that is perfectly normal, the more you do it though, the less quickly they grow back. I've been shaving for over a year now and it doesn't grow back for over 2 weeks (and no itching now either haha).

I knew it would happen but I didn't expect it to happen more quickly than it ever has on my face. O-o

I've seen something like this before and I tenement hearing something to do with the pores reopening, making the hair longer(without actually growing) and because your pubic hair is usually a lot thicker than facial hair. it is more noticeable.

Pubes naturally grow really fast as they are different than facial hair. You will also start to notice the more u shave them, the darker and thicker they become, but it's normal

It's normal for this to happen. it grows back fast. apparantly waxing makes it stay away longer
