Sorry if this is posted in the wrong area...
I'm posting cos for a long while now I've had (some times painful) clicking in my knees, elbows, and hips. I'm assuming that this isn't really that good and asking if there's anything I can do about it?
Knees: click and hurt if I squat all the way... Sometimes when I'm cycling or driving I get an urge to just straighten my leg to click my knee... Otherwise its movement is less smooth?
Elbow : same sort of thing, occasion I just need to straighten my right elbow to crack it.
Hips : if I do sit ups or if I sit down and move one leg in a circular motion, my hips will crack a lil...
Help?
