I use the pill. Sometimes we decide not to use a condom, but most of the time we do

I totally agree with Hollister. Until you are in a very stable relationship and you have been on birth control for awhile I wouldn't chance not using a condom for anything. No sensation is worth the long term risk.

Please do not consider spermicides as they can be quite messy and are one of the least effective forms of birth control and they can increase the risk of infections and HIV/AIDS. Outside of abstaining -- condoms are the only form of birth control that reduces the risk of most STIs and HIV/AIDS. Please don't use a condom with spermicide for that reason. As stated -- I'd use a condom and hormonal birth control together in the event that one fails as that lessens not totally prevents the risk of pregnancy. While -- the pill is the most effective when used correctly and around the same time daily-- there are occurrences [illnesses and certain medicines including herbs and antibiotics] that can make the pill less effective and using a condom [if used and stored correctly] can be a good backup method.
Having bareback [no condom] sex seems to have the best and most intense feeling.
Only you and your boyfriend [after both of you have been cleared from STI and HIV/AIDS testing] can determine what's your preferred form of protection. Keep in mind that by having sex even with birth control there's a risk of pregnancy since nothing is 100% effective.

If done with the right guy and one that you can trust -- it's better for both genders to have bareback sex due to him cumming and the overall feeling and not the constraint of a rubber. I think the biggest reason girls don't prefer he cums in her -- is due to birth control failing -- possible pregnancy or HIV/AIDS or STIs -- they are right you need to be careful who you're intimate with [with or without condoms].
