Forcing food down my throat

My parents force me to eat, no questions asked. Even when I'm not hungry. When I say I don't want to or just don't eat, they threaten to call my older brother, and believe me it's worse than it sounds. He was in the Army, so he's kind of an authoritarian, dictatorish person. I know you'll probably say just tell them it's your life or something similar but I wouldn't be here if that worked. I just want them all to ease off my back, but I don't know what I can say our so that will get them to lighten up because the last time I tried to argue with them my mom put on these sound proof headphones and started listening to crap and my dad just flat out ignored me. What am I going to do? I've had it with thier nonsensical bullshit.

Did you have any eating problems in the past? Are you very thin at the moment? Or are you of normal weight? Have you sincerely asked them why they make you eat like this without arguing or bickering? There's many reasons they could be doing this and you'll have to be more specific about your situation if you want advice.

It might just be a family thing. My grandparents all lived in times where food needed to be used very wel, and they taught my parents that. My parents arent too strict, but whenever I visit family the first thing they do is kind of pinch me and say my parents need to feed me more and start feeding me
