well i have noticed sometimes when im masterbating that when my hand is goin up and down:P that there is some foreskin that does come up half way or almost to the top of my head (penis duh) but thebe thing is my penis is cut and so im just woundering is it possible to have some foreskin left after circumcism???

If you didn't have foreskin, your penis would be a crusty red sore of exposed tissue. "Foreskin" technically means all the skin on your penis. I honestly don't know much about circumcision techniques beyond the basic, but some take away inner foreskin, some outer. A lot will leave you with a little slack skin. Yours sounds pretty loose, which means you have more of your foreskin left than a lot of cut guys.

There's an awful lot of misinformation out there, so it's easy to understand why you'd be confused.

Typically, the foreskin is removed with either of 2 devices which are designed to efficiently and effectively remove the foreskin and frenulum completely. Some guys may have a bit of this or that left, but typically, it's a pretty clean cut.

The foreskin, for physiological purposes here, is an extension of the outer skin covering the entire penis, which is loosely attached over the length. So, even without the bit at the end, you should be able to move the outer shaft covering fairly far, which is what you're experiencing. What's missing after circ is that little bit that covers the tip.

Well, yeah, why would you? No surgery's ever going to remove all of the foreskin. That'd be taking all of the skin off the penis. That would be crazy. I wasn't saying that happens.

And that's because you have skin covering it. And that's called "foreskin."

Some of it's been removed, but not all. But if it were all removed, it'd be all red and sorey.

It was an off-hand comment about the anatomical definition of "foreskin." I was definitely not saying anyone was actually like that. You're all reading into it way more than anyone was ever meant to.
