Motivation and How it Works.

I'm in the quick process of creating easy to access YouTube videos for people to be easily informed about certain topics. Compare it to a magazine article that you listen to. Here is the video on Motivation, and I want to see how people's opinions differ on the topic. No offense, but your video is weak. There's not a lot of substance, it's not very well made (just some random texts and a blank screen), and it's very short in length. Adding all that to the fact that this is your first post on this forum, there's really nothing to say about the topic unless I pull out my old Psych notes and just type out what I have.

Sorry about the weakness, but the quality of the video itself isn't what I was going for. I have just been lurking, decided to create my account. I just wanted to see some opinions on the idea of motivation, maybe people could learn something from other people's opinions.
