Whenever I drink or smoke weed I always windup doing things I really regret like sex with people I didn't even what to have with and I drink way to much and wake up in a pile of barf, what the heck should I do? Whenever my cuz comes up we always do this and when I'm with my bad friends.

Everything has a limit. When you are drinking or smoking you assume a certain risk. If you cannot control yourself stay away from alcohol or drugs, if you don't want to end worse.

You can't control yourself? Then don't drink in the first place. Don't know why you continually say yes to drinking and smoking when you know that you have little to no moderation. It's quite simple really...well unless you're addicted?
